Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Promoter: The Heirloom Edit
Giveaway period: 6 September 2026 at 12:00am AEST until 6 October 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Entrants must be getting married at an eligible wedding venue located within the Gold Coast Hinterland or Scenic Rim, Queensland.

1.3 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The Heirloom Edit are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the giveaway period:

• Follow @theheirloomedit__ on Instagram;

• Like the official giveaway Reel; and

• Tag their wedding venue in the comments of the giveaway Reel.

2.1 Entrants may enter more than once by tagging different eligible wedding venues in separate comments, provided each entry meets these Terms & Conditions.

​

2.2 The Instagram account used to enter must be public at the time the winner is selected so that the Promoter can verify the entry.

​

2.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, duplicated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.

3. Prize

3.1 One (1) winner will receive an Heirloom Edit wedding content package valued at $1,200.

3.2 The prize includes:

Estate Experience package

Golden Hour addition

The Guestbook Experience

Travel

3.3 The prize is valid for weddings however subject to The Heirloom Edit's availability.

3.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another service.

3.5 The prize does not include accommodation, meals, venue fees or any other costs not expressly included in the prize description.

3.6 If the winner's wedding date is unavailable, The Heirloom Edit will work with the winner to determine whether an alternative date or mutually agreed alternative arrangement is possible. If no suitable arrangement can be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

4.2 The winner will be selected on 6 October 2026

4.3 The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @theheirloomedit__ account.

4.4 The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4.5 The winner may be required to provide reasonable evidence of eligibility, including confirmation of their wedding date and venue.

4.6 The winner will be required to complete the Heirloom Edit booking process forms including including terms and conditions, content creation agreement. Per the giveaway terms the winner will be excluded from quotes, invoicing and payments.

5. Promotion of the Giveaway

5.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that The Heirloom Edit may photograph, film and/or create content at the wedding for use on The Heirloom Edit's website and social media channels, subject to reasonable discussion and agreement with the couple.

5.2 The winner is not required to provide permission for identifiable images of wedding guests to be used without appropriate consent.

6. Instagram

6.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

6.2 By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from any liability arising from or relating to this promotion.

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway will only be used for purposes reasonably necessary to conduct the promotion, contact the winner and provide the prize, subject to applicable privacy laws.

7.2 The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information to third parties.

8. General

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

8.3 By entering the giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
